Since 2007, Mauro Ramirez has devoted his career to litigating a broad variety of employment disputes before state and federal courts, governmental agencies, and in arbitration. As a Partner at a national law firm dedicated to employment matters, Mr. Ramirez represented individuals, small businesses, and some of the world’s largest corporations in a broad variety of industries. In doing so, he gained a deep understanding for how employers and their attorney’s approach workplace disputes. Mr. Ramirez is one of a small group of attorneys Board Certified in Labor and Employment by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Now, Mr. Ramirez applies his experience and insights to representing individuals who need assistance enforcing their rights in the workplace.
